“The hotel is run down and needs to be updated. I went to this hotel because of all of the good reviews but they must have been from 2010 or earlier. The fitness room and business area smelled like mold and mildew and the breakfast was terrible, typical to most hotels of this. The room is outdated and had a terrible smell as well they try to cover it up with the deodorizing smell”

“Right on lake Champlain. Room clean but a bit shabby. Room ac small and noisy. Toilet slow leak around base. Toliet seat slides underneath you. But, it was a pleasant night and location wonderful. Would nit hesitate staying again I n.”

“Loved the breakfast. Nice variety and stocked well. Room was impeccably clean. I assumed that it would be a daily once over but not so. Apparently only every other day which is fine but it would have been nice to be told upon checking in. Also neglected to inform us time breakfast is available and or other amenities.”

“Some hassle with door code not working at check in, but the hosts (accessed via phone) were very apologetic and helpful. The lodge is right next to the state park, a plus.”

“This was a beautiful spot right on the lake. We loved the fire pit, and we were able to quickly stop in town for groceries and make a delicious dinner in the kitchen. Being right across the street from a great ice cream shop was a bonus too!”

“We stayed at the LoZa house for my sons graduation weekend . The property is amazing . The lakeside views were fantastic and it was super clean. The host couldn't have been nicer. He checked in on us and even gave us a graduation gifts for my son ( his children helped make it which was real special ) . Its a great property with a great host .”
